I went out for a new pair of black VANS and came back with some Primark + H&M stuff.

Sooner or later, I'm going to have to put my black skinny jeans down and wear something a little more appropriate for summer weather...if it ever comes to England that is. 

This playsuit is so cool, it's pattern is super unique and monochrome means it can be worn with everything. As well all know by now, blackless/black detailed items are my favourite as my back is my favourite part of my body. In my opinion this'll look super cool on its own with heeled Chelsea boots on a night out or chuck on a leather jacket, Vans, loadsa jewellery and you're good to go.

I'm obsessed with layering jewellery at the moment [blame Kylie Jenner], so when I saw this super cute indie Elephant necklace, I snapped it up. It's got a super long chain but I just double-wrap it round my neck and wear it with the necklace I brought from Primark [bellow].

JUMPSUIT // SIZE 10 // £10.00

There's a pattern forming here...jumpsuits/playsuits with detailed backs? I think so. 

I saw this and there was no chance I was walking away. I love the Greek/blue/boho pattern - I think it'll look so cool with a tan. In my opinion this looks a lot more expensive than £10, it fits like a dream, pinching in at my waist, then coming back in at the ankles. The back detail is so pretty, but super simple and allows the pattern to do all the talking. LOVE.

NECKLACE // SILVER // £4.00

I always think that Primark jewellery is really tacky, usually encrusted with diamontes and has that horrible brassy metal look. So, when I found this I was super surprised. I am loving the Indian/Tribal necklace layering trend and this has adds a lot of detail for just one necklace. Teamed with my little Elephant necklace above, it looks super cool. 

T-SHIRT // SIZE 10 // £8.00

Last but not least, I tried on lots of band tees, I loved a Nirvana one but it was yellow and grey, which just didn't look great on but this Pink Floyd t-shirt is perfect for my taste. Black, with the 'Dark Side of the Moon' image - I think with jeans, boots and a leather jacket this'll add colour but also look super cool and rock-chick/grungey, which is my fave kinda look. 

oops, I spent more money again. 

HAIR // BLEACH LONDON // SWAMP SPRITZ

BLEACH LONDON are probably the coolest brand on the block right now. Grunge vibe, insane hair styles + colours, what more could you want?

With a salon in London, there isn't a colour BLEACH won't do. Whether you're interested in turquoise dip-dye or a full of head neon pink and blue - there's no limit. I've been eyeing their home-dye-kits in BOOTS for ages now but I think I'll have to take a trip to their salon and leave it to the pros. I'm actually super interested in BLEACH as a brand, so I'm really up for finding out more!

With an iPhone app, [that I'm obsessed with] that edits your photos, adds stickers and gives you a direct link to shop their products - BLEACH have every area covered, whether its Twitter, Instagram or Tumblr...they're on it.

I have been dying to get my hands on some of their haircare products, so I decided to give their Swamp Spritz [£6] a go and oh-em-gee, I love it.

There's nothing I love more than textured messy hair and although I'm lucky enough to have insane curly hair naturally, when I straighten it, all the life just goes...but this Swamp Spritz gives it all back.

How boring does my hair look after looking through BLEACH's instagram?! I know...I need to get dying some mad colours ASAP. 

Firstly, 'Swamp Spritz' what-a-cool-name, it's so unique, another great trait of BLEACH LONDON, and yanno, who doesn't want to use something called 'swamp spritz'?!

 The spray itself smells so fuxking good. Kind of like mens aftershave [as described by my mate] but it's that mens aftershave you kinda want to wear yourself 'cause it smells so good. The nozzle on the spray has three settings, 'off', 'spray' or 'stream', I use 'spray'. It evenly distributes the spray into your hair, the liquid itself isn't sticky or heavy which is a bonus. I scrunch my hair a bit after applying the Swamp Spritz and it's that easy, instant messy waves and texture. 

If you're looking for a good texture/messy hair spray, this Swamp Spritz [HERE] is the perfect solution. It's super affordable compared to other products on the market and it actually works. 

If you couldn't tell from this post, I am obsessed with BLEACH LONDON and I can't wait to try out more of their stuff, or even get down to their salon! Coloured hair is so on trend this season, so why not go a little crazy?!

UPDATE: the next few weeks

I can't believe I'm actually saying this, but as of Tuesday [tomorrow] I'm going back to Sixth Form for my last EVER term. Also, as some of you may know, I have made the decision to not go to University, so therefore this is technically the last time I'll ever go back to any form of education from a holiday...which is cray.

I've been super happy lately because I've been blogging a lot more and although I enjoy writing lifestyle and beauty posts, fashion is and always will be the main thing I wanted to focus on for this blog. At the moment, I've just found that I'm really frustrated with the way my OOTD pictures were coming out, I'm having a lack of body/facial confidence and it was just getting silly because I was feeling worse and worse about myself which is stupid. Obviously, I'm never going to be Cailin Russo, but you know when you're just feeling a bit down in the dumps? [By the way, I'm not writing this for the sympathy, I'm just being honest]. As well as this, my style has just been rubbish at the moment. I've not gone anywhere or done anything because I've been revising and when I have it's been to Sainsbury's or work. I'm kind of in a transitional phase with my style at the moment on top of all of that and yeah, that's why I've been lacking in the OOTD's and fashion related posts.

ANYWAY because this is quite possibly the most important half-term of my existence [A LEVEL EXAMS dum dum daaaa] I need to prioritise revision/Sixth Form over writing blog-posts. I AIM to write one 'chatty' post and one 'fashion' post a week and I'm determined and confident that'll happen. For example, an OOTD and a Q&A post. Some weeks I may have time to throw in a beauty post and an additional OOTD but I am making no promises. This is for the next four weeks as I'll be at Sixth Form monday-friday, BUT as of mid-May I will be on study leave so that may open up some more time for blogging.

It's so silly, but I love my little blog so much and it's like a form of therapy coming on here and writing chatty posts or talking about fashion and I really don't want to give that up.

I'm planning to write up some 'lifestyle/chatty' blogposts such as:

• My thoughts on Sixth Form
• University?! 
• Not going to Uni: my plan now.

Posts that I've done like that before have always gone down well so I thought that'd be good and hopefully informative. 

SO basically, the main aim of this post was to say, I'm not going anywhere BUT my the amount of posts you see from me may decrease but fingers crossed the content will be much better. 

Good luck to anyone going back to education and sitting their exams, whether you're in secondary school, Sixth Form or Uni! You'll be fine!
I hope you've all had a really good Easter weekend, I spent 60% of mine in a car driving up and down the UK, great stuff.

LIFE // they're just girls

There's nothing I love more than throwing a party. I've held 2 incredibly messy summer house parties, as well as a few gatherings. The best thing about garden-gatherings in comparison to house-parties is that they're super chill, you can listen to music and drink wine, 'ave a laugh and not worry about the back of your garden being set on fire [yup, its happened]

Inviting my lovely gal pals - [from left] Amber, Paige, Tash, Maddy, me [obvs] and Beth - we listened to an incredible indie/Made in Chelsea inspired playlist, had a glass of wine [or three] n bitched about boys.

If you need a little push to have a little garden-gathering yourself, GO FOR IT! There's nothing better than putting your phone down for a few hours [minus time to instagram, obvs] and just have a good chat. Tell your friends to bring a fiver for pizza, their own wine and you got yourself a gathering.

LIFE // London Take 3

LONDON TAKE 1 - St Pauls, Westminster Abbey & The Houses of Parliament

During the day we popped to Oxford Street and Bond Street, as well as visiting Harrods and Selfridges, but we decided to leave Regent Street 'till night time. Popping into Hamley's toy store, we then headed to Karl Largerfeld's store. It was super cool to see the collection and actually visit the store after hearing about it all over Twitter. 

Then came an absolute dream come true. If you're a fashion enthusiast, you'll completely understand what I'm about to write, if you're not, you'll think I'm crazy. If you love a fashion brand, it's obvious that you'll blog about their collections a lot, watch every fashion show and generally lust after their items; for me, Burberry is that brand. I could go on forever about my love for this brand. It's kind of like when you really love a band, you learn everything about them and really invest a lot of time into it, then you get to see them live and it's just all a bit surreal. So, when we visited the Burberry flagship store on Regent Street - I got a little bit emotional. 

It was an absolute dream to actually go in and look at the collection, especially in the flagship store. It was incredible inside, literally so beautiful and I just love Burberry even more after this experience. 

Regent Street

 I'm in love with London in general, but one of my favourite places in the city is without a doubt Picadilly Circus and Leicester Square. At night, there's nowhere more exciting and busy than these two places. I have so many good memories linked to these two places so it was super cool to end the day there. 

Overall, spending a day in London being a complete tourist was incredible and well worth it. I seem to be in London quite a bit but I never get the chance to just wander around and see all the iconic parts. It's such a beautiful city and there's no doubt in my mind that I'll live there one day.

Once we'd visited Westminster Abbey, instead of getting on the tube for the millionth time that day we decided to walk to Trafalgar Square. I used to spend a lot of time in the square, especially when my Dad worked in London so it felt all nostalgic.

Hanging at Trafalgar for a bit, we then decided to go to the London Eye for sunset. Again, we chose to walk rather than get the tube, it sounds stupid but everything in London is within walking distance and it's honestly the best way to see everything and anything.

Then, we walked across the 'wobbly bridge', yup you can feel it move and bumped into Big Ben again

To me, London always looks beautiful but there's something quite amazing about it at sunset. We decided that heading to the London Eye for sunset would be quite spectacular.
